  • True Hall Vacation Rentals is an exclusive collection of client properties where every guest reservation and their visit is important to us.  We're here to insure your visit meets your expectations and provide concierge services throughout your stay.
  • A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable advanced payment is required with all reservations.
  • Advanced payments are due within five (5) days of making a reservation by phone and immediately when booking online.
  • Advance payments may be made by credit card or by personal check payable to:

  • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us immediately.
  • In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation unless we are able to re-book the time. If your cancelled time is re-booked we may refund any applicable portion less a $50 cancellation fee.
  • The remainder of the rental fee, sales tax, guest fee and security deposit is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival day.
  • A minimum security deposit of $300 is required. The amount of the deposit may be higher for some properties.
  • Additional deposits of $500 are required when reservations include pet visits.
  • All stays are subject to a 7% sales tax and 3% service fee.
  • We typically rent from Saturday to Saturday during the months of July and August. There may be times when customized stays during these months are possible.
  • There is more flexibility during the shoulder season months of May, June, September and October.
  • Nightly rates for stays of less than 7 nights vary by property and are subject to additional short stay cleaning fees. Contact us anytime for a quote.  Most properties require a minimum 3 night stay.
  • Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Directions to our office are on our website, www.truehall.com.
  • Arrangements will be made for late arrivals provided we receive advance notice.
  • The keys and directions to the property will be available at our office beginning at 3 PM on your arrival day.
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM. Required check out procedures are posted at each property.  The include but are not limited to the following:

    RUBBISH – please empty all rubbish containers into plastic bags and place in the containers with secure lids for pick up first thing on the posted collection day.  

    RECYCLES – please sort your recycles according to the instructions provided and/or the labels on the bins.  Please don’t use the recycle bins for rubbish. 

    RETURNABLE – please use the trash can labeled Returnable for beverage containers indicating "ME 5˘"  or ME 15˘" Deposit.

    DISHES need to all be clean and put away.

    REFRIGERATOR – please leave any unwanted refrigerated or frozen items bagged and inside the refrigerator or freezer.   Because we recycle plastic and glass we prefer you do not toss these items in the garbage. 

    LINENS – for those properties with washer and dryer units: please launder the linens before you leave. For those properties without laundry facilities, please collect and have ready for early morning pick up on departure day.   If you are scheduled for a early AM departure and are unable to complete the laundry requirement please notify us in advance so that additional cleaning services can be scheduled.

    PERSONAL BELONGINGS –Check the premise carefully to be sure you have not left anything behind. We charge a $25 fee, plus postage, for returning items. KEYS – Return the keys to drop box outside of our office.  A $25 replacement key fee may apply for un-returned keys.

    No Smoking in or on any property.

  • Pet-friendly properties are available and do require an additional Pet Deposit. 
  • Our goal continues to avoid charging our rental customers fees. Each property is prepared for your arrival by an independent service contracted by the property owners.
  • We ask that you leave the property as you found it and comply with the posted check out procedures.
  • In the unlikely event that additional maintenance services are required on your departure day, additional fees may apply and be deducted from the security deposit.
  • Additional cleaning services are available for a fee during your stay and can be arranged with  advance notice of at least 24 hours.
  • True Hall Vacation Rentals reserves the right to decline accommodations to persons who will not follow our policies as stated above.
