A year round, cottage style home  tucked in the trees overlooking the causeway to Rackliff Island and enjoys ocean views toward Spruce Head Island and the open ocean to the south.  Nearby villages are Spruce Head and Tenants Harbor.   The direct shorefront is tidal and suitable for swimming at high tide.   The main floor has an open kitchen, living and dining area with two freshly painted bedrooms (full/twins) and a full bath.  The lower level opens to the front yard through a large family room with two additional twin beds.  This floor also has a full bath and laundry facilities.
